Happy 2010
Unusual Mailbox January 4th, 2010
I hope you all had a great Christmas and a Happy New Year. Personally, I’m hoping that 2010 resets the law for 3′s for me. You know the saying, it happens in “threes”? I tore the my left acl in a skiing accident in November, and in December I got my car stuck in a freak flash flood. I made it home alright, after walking about a mile in waste deep water in the pitch dark (they don’t believe in street lights in our town for some reason) but my car is still in the shop having it’s engine and carpets replaced. Anyway that was my two, but I think at midnight on 2010 it reset… at least that’s what I’m praying for anyway.
So that was just a big long excuse for me not updating the blog in forever.
Here’s the holiday mailbox from Mr. Witles this year along with one of his tractors I missed earlier.

I bet it was pretty miserable to walk home from being stuck in a flash flood having a torn ACL on the mend. Ouch!

Aw, those must be terrible experiences. Anyway, I’m sure 2010 will be much more different from 2009. Happy New Year!

I just start reading your blog and the first thing I read is your injured. Sorry to hear that, hope you’re doing okay! I heard ACL injuries can be really painful and hard to heal, that kind of injury can end professional sports players’ careers. As far as the Grinch mailbox, nice! lol

Im sorry to here about your bad luck.
I always liked holiday mailboxes, every year my nextdoor neighbor wraps his mailbox with lights Defanitly not as cool as those shown but still enough to make me happy.
