Midway Lumber

Vehicle Mailbox April 19th, 2010

I love the attention to detail on this forklift mailbox.  Click the pictures so you can get a larger view with Lightbox 2, which by the way is a great WordPress plugin.

Mr. Witles makes mailboxes faster than I can post them on my blog!

I wonder what the wire on the bottom is hooked up to? I bet it moves in some way as detailed as it is. Even the phone number of their company is on the site, cute. :D

How has this mailbox not been destroyed yet?? I would be scared to invest so much time/money in such a lovely creative mailbox cause i just think it would be a sitting duck for some a*hole kids!

This is by far a most unusual mailbox. I can’t seem to find where the mail would be placed…perhaps it’s just left on the lumber pile.

In any case, nice photos of another “strange but true” mailbox saga!

I just want to know if this box belonged to a subcontractor of something. Though not for me and as the others said I am suprised if it is still standing, I like it.

Looks a little bulky but anyone who will pass along this mailbox would definitely pay some attention, they might even take a picture with them. Very creative!
